Should abortion be legalised?
Abortion is defined as the termination of pregnancy There is a great increase in incidents of women who are indulging in abortion in Botswana, several reasons have been brought forward and such as unplanned pregnancy, pressure from parents and finacial instablity. what are your views regarding the matter should abortion be legalised in Botswana

I think a woman should decide on what happens to her body. If she and the father decide that they don't want a baby, then they should be allowed to abort because it is just wrong to bring unwanted children into the world.
ReplyDeleteAbortion has not yet been legalized in Botswana, but people still carry out backstreet abortion which would risk the health and life of the mother.
i think it should be legalized to prevent children from suffering in instances they are not planned for and there is no money.
ReplyDeleteIn summary,the general feeling in the public is that Abortion should be legalised .With the growth or improvement in the medical facilities indeed I feel that it is time that abortion should be legalised.The consequences of exposing people to backyard abortion should be put to an End.The penal code should be revised and debated.The purpose of the law is to liberate people and not bind them.
